With 160 acres of fertile soil, this is the smallest of our Indian estates. It’s close to Sakleshpur and the area is known for its quality coffee, with Rosewood being no exception when it comes to great coffee.
The coffee here is shade-grown, and as the name implies Rosewood trees form part of the secondary vegetation – together with Indian Laurel, Silver Oak, Malabar Kino, and Jackfruit trees.
Apart from harvesting Arabica and secondarily Robusta coffee we also grow and harvest pepper, cardamom, areca nut, and oranges.
Cup notes here are mild to good acidity with citrus and tobacco notes.
